Super Duty Metal Cutting Series

The largest of the Super Duty Metal Cutting Series, the 22” Series is still part of the ultimate workhorse of the industry and are also capable of operating 2 to 3 shifts per day, and able to do a wide variety of cutoff work including miters, bevels and compound miter work. What sets these machines apart form the 16”/20” Series are the 22” blade capacity and the addition of the Variable Frequency Drive System for the arbor motor. The VFD allows the machine to better handle the large OD blade and has a very smooth startup. |
Once the ‘ON’ button is pressed the machine ramps up RPM with 80% less amp draw thn previous models. The cast iron and ductile iron construction stays the same . The machines are capable of cutting off 8” deep in a single pass and 4” deep on a 45 degree bevel.
