Our new manual measuring systems are manufactured to stand up to the rigors of industrial use and heavy material.  The System consists of a heavy extruded aluminum rail, easy to read black on white background measuring indications.  The locking sliding unit consists of a machined aluminum base, formed and powder coated steel formed mounting angle, precision machines steel locking t-nut.  This sliding unit glides effortlessly on low friction wear pads, making the stop easy to use and easier to accurately position because of the smooth motion.  Fine adjustments are made with the front extruded bar that can be ordered in longer sections to customize the fit for the application.  Kit includes aluminum rail, measuring tape, locking sliding unit, mounting hardware (for OSC roller tables), instructions.
